What We’re Facing
As I’m sure you’re already aware, we’re living in difficult times. Times that we have never witnessed before. We and our businesses all face significant challenges during this global COVID-19 pandemic. However, I have no doubt that we will come out of this, stronger, more united and better prepared than ever before. It will not defeat us.
At Ditly, I truly believe in this statement. That’s why I’ve taken steps to ensure that I continue working throughout this pandemic so that our current clients and new clients experience as little disruption as possible and come out the other side 100% ready for business as usual.
What We’re Doing
As an online-focused company, I have quickly adapted to working 100% from home as of the 17th March. All business operations were already 100% online so it was easy for me to do this. The only significant change is that all client meetings will be held via online video calls using Google Meet or Zoom.
I recognise that this move to 100% online and remote working is very difficult for some of our clients so forth I’ve been working round the clock to help them get up and running with as little disruption as possible.
How We Can Help
As health concerns grow further and with the Chancellor just announcing that up-to a fifth of the UK workforce could be off work, I’ve decided to also offer free advice and support to any Small to Medium-sized businesses (existing client or not) that may need help to prepare their systems for remote working.
I also have cloud capacity with hosting, storage, data warehousing, conferencing tools, email and more that I can offer for free to help businesses give their staff access to the tools & files they need to work remotely.
Hopefully, this will help a few businesses to keep going during a possibly difficult time and also ensure that those who won’t be paid during a lockdown can continue to earn their wages.
